South Western Railway organised the Awareness campaign against stone pelting on 13.12.2013.
Mr.Anilkumar Agarwal,Divisional Railway Manager,SW.Rly.along with Mr.M.Krishnappa,MLA
Vijayanagar,Mr.Priyakrishna,MLA,Rajarajeshwarinagar, with a team of railway officials addressed the public against stone pelting.There were incidents of stone pelting against
moving trains between Bangalore and Kengeri.

They interacted with the children & the residents  near the railway lines at
Goripalya and counselled them about the hazards and told them that it is a punishable
offence. Senior Officials incharge of safety,SW.Rly. and Senior Police Officials 
also joined the campaign.
