This year's edition will have 77 participants.Outlining the details
of the Two day event, Mr.Ganesh Babu,Director,IDE Consulting

Addressing the media,the panelists said that there is a feeling that
supply is more than the demand and the real estate industry is
facing recession.To a certain extent it may be true but there is
a clear cut demand in certain segments like 1 BHK & 2 BHK
and there is more supply in higher segments.Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities
are witnessing massive boom in residential realty development.
