ALCHEMY, real estate arm of the 107 year old Alembic Group of Companies known for its brand Glycodin,cough syrup
& YERA glass, announced its
foray into the real estate project in Bengaluru.
They are launching "URBAN FOREST" a luxury lifestyle
project with 2 & 3 bed room apartments in whitefield,Bengaluru.
The project is in 8.23 acres & will have 636 residences in 4 towers
with 19 floors high. Alchemy has built two residential projects totalling
over 900 residences in Vadodara,Gujarat.The project will be completed
in 3 years.The cost of the flats are as follows: 2BHK:Rs.70 lakhs,&
3 BHK:Rs.85 lakhs.
