Residential Market recovers in a newly regulated environment
keeping prices stable across 2018- says Knight Frank India.

Office Leasing at 10 year high with 13.4 msf,supply trails behind
at  7.6 msf -Knight Frank India.

Nationally Office space Leasing at Historically high,records 46.9msf in 2018.
Both residental & Commercial office markets in Bengaluru saw an uptick in demand.

"Bengaluru's Commercial market is precariously poised at this juncture where
the supply is grossly lower than the demand.While in the current context,it is
making the office sector highly investor friendly providing rental security &
relatively higher rental yield.However protracted trend of reducing supply can
lead to stagnant or degrowth of the market" says,Shantanu Mazumder,Senior
Branch Director - Bangalore, Knight Frank.
