bottom up consultative proceess to generate ideas & review
performance to align with national priorities.The Zonal level
meeting was held in Bengaluru which involved all branches.
The Consultation & Ideation meet was presided over by
Mr.P.K.Dash,General Manager,at Head Office and
Mr.Pramod kumar Bathal,Zonal Manager,Bengaluru Zone.
The meet focussed mainly on ways & means to increase credit
to various sectors of the economy with greater IT content
to bring about innovation & leverage big data analytics.
Several topical themes such as : Digital payments,corporate
governance, credit for MSME'sRetail,agriculture export
credit,establishing financial grid & enabling bank credit towards the
goal of the government to achieve the 5 trillion economy were
discussed.This consultation process was to chart out specific
road map for for Public sector banks.
