the Tumkur Urban Development authority( TUDA) & houses 268 units of 1 BHK
with four floors.It offers buyers homes with amenities including car parking,
children's play area,and lifts for every two blocks.For buyers in this project,the
four criteria mentioned under Prime Minister's Awas Yojana (PMAY) is mandatory.
If these are criteria are met,the buyer can avail a subsidy of upto Rs.2.67 lakhs.
