BRIGADE HOTEL VENTURES LTD., 100% Subsidiary of Brigade Enterprises Limited is coming out with an Initial Public Offering amounting to Rs.759.60 crores. Bid/issue opening date: Thursday,July 24,2025, Bid Issue / Closing Date; Monday,July,28,2025. Anchor date; The Anchor Investor Bidding date is one working day prior to Bid /Issue Opening date,being Wednesday,July,23,2025.Brigade Hotel Ventures Ltd., IPO has reserved 75% of the issue for qualified institutional buyers (QIB), and 15 % for non institutional investors (NII).For retail investors,the company has reserved 10% of the issue.


Bids can be made for a minimum of 166 Equity shares and multiples of 166 Equity shares  thereafter. A discount of Rs.3/per Equity share is being offered to eligible Employees bidding in the Employee Reservation  portion. IPO Objective: According to RHP,the Company intends to use the net proceeds to repay the borrowings,pay consideration for buying undivided shares of land from its promoter Brigade Enterprises ltd.,,Pursue inorganic growth through unidentified acquisitions, and fund other strategic initiatives  & general corporate purposes.

As of march 31,2025,the company ranks as the second largest owner of  chain -affiliated hotels & Hotel rooms in South India operating in Kerala,Karnataka,Andhra pradesh,Tamilnadu,Telengana & in GIFT City in Gujarat. with 1604 keys.The Company reported revenue of Rs.470.68 crores  in 2025  against Rs.404.85 crores in 2024.the companyy reported profit of Rs.23.66 crores in 2025 against Rs.31.14 crores in 2024. In order to promote its hotels,the Company has signed contracts with international brands like Marriott,Accor,& Inter continental Hotels group.

The Company's shares will be listed in both BSE &NSE on July,31,2025.
