Dr.Suborno bose,Founder of International Institute of Hotel Management(IIHM) launched a groundbreaking book titled " Harmonizing human touch and AI in Tourism & Hospitality".This book showcases real world examples of how AI enhances guest satisfaction,sustainability & Operational excellence".This book  will serve as a vital resource  for students ,educators & industry professionals demonstrating how AI can compliment,rather than replace the human essence of hospitality says Dr.Bose while addressing media persons during the launch.
